Vietnam Subsidiary

MAP HANTERIN VINA, established in 2008, has accumulated over 15 years of on-site experience in design and construction supervision in Vietnam, achieving the highest number of completed projects among Korean design and supervision firms operating in the country. In particular, we have successfully delivered more than 50 projects in southern Vietnam, firmly demonstrating our expertise and leadership in the local market.

We employ a large number of certified technical professionals who hold Grade 1 licenses issued by the central government of Vietnam. From the earliest stages of a project, we develop customized designs that fully reflect Vietnam’s regulations, construction methods, and local conditions.

Our engineering expertise creates distinctive value through the sophisticated integration of spatial planning and technical solutions. Focusing on balanced architectural massing and harmonious color planning, we pursue architecture where artistry and practicality coexist. Each project embodies human-centered values and reflects the cultural identity of modern Vietnam. By harmoniously blending tradition with contemporary aesthetics, we strive to achieve a natural and timeless architectural beauty—one that expresses local cultural identity while embracing universal values.

Today, Vietnamese architecture is generating cultural value recognized not only locally and nationally but also on the global stage. Within this progressive movement, MAP GROUP Vietnam is committed to leading and shaping an innovative architectural culture for the future.
