Winner of LH Namyangju Wangsuk A-21BL Apartment Design Competition

In May 2024, we won the Namyangju Wangsuk A-21BL apartment design competition. This project planned a familiar and rhythmic low-rise landscape along the community streets to form a multi-layered community where two complexes enjoy a seamless integrated complex without boundaries. A design tower, serving as a regional landmark, was placed in the northern central park to propose a complex that harmoniously opens from the city to nature. With a total design fee of 2.6 billion won, we achieved victory with a total score of 139.93 points in collaboration with MAP Architecture and Bumwoo Architects.
